Informed by community input, free DMA Community Programs amplify the diverse voices and creativity of our city by increasing access to the arts. The Museum collaborates with local organizations, area artists, and Dallas communities. Participate, view submissions, or request an art program near you.
Calling all young artists! Each year, DART hosts a Student Art Contest that is open to students of all grade levels throughout North Texas.
This powerful community outreach program serves the homeless and at-risk populations of Dallas. It is open to people looking for an environment to express and create through the medium of art.
The DMA's Citywide Youth Summer Art Programs are FREE for all participants at Dallas Public Libraries, and recreation, cultural, and community organizations. This summer, join us as we take inspiration from the Arts of the Americas collection. Participants will create original artworks and learn about the artistic practices of Indigenous peoples of the Americas from past to present.
