Notice to Visitors About COVID-19
Text

As the city’s art museum, the Dallas Museum of Art plays an important role in creating and sharing opportunities for our community to engage with art and creativity. We want our visitors not only to feel excited and inspired by our collections and exhibitions, but to feel safe and welcome in our galleries.

To maximize protection from all COVID-19 variants, face masks are strongly recommended, regardless of vaccination status, for the protection of our guests and staff. Masks are provided to visitors if they request one. We are continuing to monitor the Omicron situation and are following CDC, State of Texas DHHS, and Dallas County DHHS guidance and protocols. The health and safety of our staff, visitors, and community is the DMA’s priority and our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming experience for all who wish to visit the Museum.

The DMA is a community space where all are welcome, so we ask for everyone’s support in following CDC recommendations during your visit. This will ensure that you—and everyone around you—will have a great experience at the Museum and can enjoy it safely.

For the most current information about what to expect during your visit, please read our FAQ Page.
