Join guest artist and educator Sherry Abbasi to explore the unique painting process of Jackson Pollock. After an interactive brainstorm in the exhibition Jackson Pollock: Blind Spots, create a collaborative drip mural that will be put on display in the Center for Creative Connections. Ages 13-19; no experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.
Sherry Abbasi is an artist and educator who you can find stuck in traffic somewhere between Dallas and Denton. She recently graduated from the University of North Texas with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Art Studies. She has a multidisciplinary approach to art education and has experience in varied media. She has a passion for learning and finds inspiration in her students and the art around her.
