Bring your artwork to life! In this hands-on animation camp, campers will design and build their own sets, props, and characters and then bring them to life through the art of animation. Presented in collaboration with the Dallas Video Association and led by Dallas VideoFest Director Bart Weiss, this camp will give you the tools you need to create your own animated short video. Learn the basics of camera composition, lighting, movement, story, character development, and editing software from professional animation artists. Finish off the week with a screening of the finished animated shorts during the DMA Late Night event!
