GENERAL DESCRIPTION
A colorful, lively image with the marks of the artist’s preparatory drawing still visible, this watercolor is a departure from Reginald Marsh’s well-known urban scenes. The bold, vigorous handling, however, contains the same dynamism as Marsh’s oil paintings of life in the city.
