Maker Club: Device/Devise Paintings

Inspired by the exhibition Between Action and the Unknown: The Art of Kazuo Shiraga and Sadamasa Motonaga, liberate yourself from traditional notions of painting as you construct devices to propel, smash, and pull paint in a menagerie of different ways. We'll visit this amazing exhibition to discover the ways in which the artists connect painting and performance. Ages 13-19; all materials provided.
