The DMA is for everyone, and we welcome visitors of all ages and abilities to discover the power and beauty of art. Specific resources include:

• Visitors on the Autism Spectrum
• Visitors who are Blind or Partially Sighted
• Visitors with Developmental and Learning Disabilities
• Visitors with Dementia or Memory Loss
• Visitors with Parkinson’s Disease
• Visitors with Hearing Loss
• Visitors with Limited Mobility

We want to help you make the most of your experience. Please email Guest Services during Museum hours to learn about accommodations.

• Companion service dogs are allowed in the Museum.
• All of the Museum’s public galleries are accessible to wheelchair and mobility device users and other visitors who cannot use stairs.
• Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All Museum entrances and restrooms are ADA-compatible.

We recommend dropping off and picking up visitors with disabilities at the Main Entrance (north side of the Museum). In addition, parking spaces for people with disabilities are located on Levels P1, P2, and P3 of the Museum’s parking garage.
