GENERAL DESCRIPTION
An attribute is a symbolic object that is used to identify a particular god or hero.

The rules for this note are difficult to apply to object metadata because the word "attribute" will be used in different ways.
For now I am writing a rule that relies on the tag_value to ensure that the term is used in the same way described above.
