UPDATE January 30, 2017- I confirmed that this object has been added to the TMS exhibition record for the Golden Jubilee. I cannot find an exhibition record for an Eisenlohr show in 1950 and am unable to search for the full exhibition information to create the proper record. I am removing the %exhibitions pending tag in order to push this draft into the routing queue.
NO DATE- Based on the inclusion of this work in 1938 exhibition, it was likely done c.1935-- search dates 1930-1940. This does not contradict the photograph shown in 75 Years of Art in Dallas.
Could be dated later based on the following photo:
E.G. Eisenlohr, Dallas artist and Museum trustee for more than 37 years. Photo reproduced on page 11, 75 Years of Art in Dallas (1978)

[1] Based on correspondence dated December 15, 1959 between Jerry Bywaters, then director of the DMFA, and one of the donors, this work was likely in the collection of the artist until its accession into the Museum's permanent collection.
[2] The name of the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, founded in 1933, was changed to the Dallas Museum of Art in 1983.
