1995.152 Winogrand, Untitled

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As the leading figure in America’s street photography movement, Garry Winogrand carried a 35mm Leica and took pictures constantly for over three decades. From the multitude of exposed frames, he carefully selected the images with the most potential for narrative interpretations. These stories are never defined by Winogrand’s titles or commentary, instead they are left open-ended for each viewer to contemplate.
